Upper Ohio Valley Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 97 hosts nearly 100 members from the counties of Jefferson, Harrison & Carroll in the state of Ohio. Their fundraising initiatives have grown exponentially over the past 10 years, allowing them to assist even more local children and organizations in need. Part of their mission is to encourage charitable activities, which is demonstrated by their 30+ year commitment to the annual Shop With A Cop™ program.
